AVENE BAG!!!-but it says that you have to buy 2 avene products?? and I would have tried one but I spent so long getting my money back for all the wrongly priced products I didn't have time.

Quite a few old linx products for 79/99p -do they get £4 off if you spend £10 ?-printed a load of coupons to try but again didn't have time. Quite tempted to go back wed but already tied up

Thanks for that Canny SCot - Must try and make it into the town - I wasn't born to be a working woman!!!! Have you seen the Avene bags anywhere?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I have just found out that they are closing my local boots on 23 March. That means I will have to travel into Watford if any bargains come up (as you know they often do). Think I am going to have to ban myself from this thread. Maybe they will have some bargains before they close.

I only saw one pack of Bodyform with a voucher on in Croydon today.

No7 counter still insisting that Sun lotions etc. are not and never have been on BOGOF!

And still have never seen Avene bags in there.

I topped up my phone and with the £5 voucher got an Avene Cold Cream Hand Cream. Has anyone tried this as I'd rather not open it yet if it's not that good. If it's good then I need it now what with this cold weather.

Thanks for the info. Please post again ....with the store address..... if any bargains come up. We have Boots Tarts from all over, maybe this will benefit some of them!

Boots are selling the sample packs of pull-ups for 98p again - there is a £1 off token included in the pack. There is 2 pairs of pull-ups in the bag - Ideal if you are nearly at the potty training stage - Boots are paying you 2p to taken them away really!

Angel I have got the avene hand cream and I think it's good as I have very dry hands and works much better than the TD cream....

arrrghh! the unthinkable thing happed today! i left my card in teh machine in bury and then i went to bolton to go uni and i didnt realise until i ogt there! i was really paniking nearly crying when i was on hold to the CS coz ive got £69 on it but luckily the people of bury were nice and didnt rob my points!!! ive now gotta wait 3 weeks for a new one but just in case im gonna go bury tomorrow to see if thyve got it there (i couldnt go back today coz i got to bolton at 5pm and my uni lesson is 6pm till 9pm!)

Went to boots in Chester today (Crewe is pants!) armed with my shopping list, but forgot my boots card, so I could not play one their machine
visit one got

5 min hair mask*2 buy one get one free (paid with parent club voucher)
toni and guy pink and blue 2 for 7 pound (supposed to be 9.99 each)
time delay moisturising lotion 2 pound (paid 5 pound with skin care voucher)
4* fcuk make-up palettes 2 pound each
earned another skin care voucher
total 17 pound - paid 10 pound pigsback voucher
total actually paid 7 pound

2visit, within the hour
2* body buffer buy one get one free (5.50)
pre holiday skin kit-_
fake suntan kit - buy one get one free (6.00)
and got the purple kit free


total for the day paid 18.50

The boots.com website updates its offers on Wednesdays. I'm always at the puter first thing to see if the offer of the week is anything I want to use my points on - if it's available in store, lots of them are online only!

I think Wednesday is the day Tescos offers change, it's certainly the day for Somerfields to change their offers so I woner if it's pretty standard.

thanks bham-dave i do know a few ie lol,imo,imho,hth and btw and boots ! but IIRC had me stumped

one is frightfully posh;) but for some reason the cleaner refuses to tidy the boots room says its too cluttered..she will have to go :rotfl:

Still not seen any Soltan sets or Avene gift bags but will have another look on Thursday when i pop into boots to get my fix
