i emailed boots ages ago cos i found my voucher from the pregnancy mag for free mediterranean pregnancy item but it had expired. explained it hadn't been used as none of the local stores stocked this range until recently & would it be possible for them to send me a valid one. reply today - they have no vouchers they can send but have credited my card with 500 points as the voucher was for an item up to this amount! yay boots!!
