If you ever get really peed off by an ebay auction (and can stand being "negged"), team up with a mate of yours for some evil sniping. One bids £1,000,000 and the second bids £1,000,001 - you'll scare the seller to death! :D

Then ask if they are happy with cash or paypal

Sorry had to get this off my chest - Here is a copy of a complaint that I have just made to Customer Service - Via e-mail.

I am really sorry to have to e-mail you again as I only made a complaint last week in regards to the service in your store and now I have gone back in and again treated appallingly.
I purchased a no7 gift and picked up a NO7 free gift bag and was also making a second purchase of No7 as well and wanted to take out the 250 points voucher from my bag to use on my second purchase - I thought that this would be fine as I would have paid for the bag and "owned" it by the time of the second transaction.

However the sales girl was very rude to me and practically accused me of stealing! I said that I did not want to use it on the first purchase as I understood that I could not do this but wanted it on the second.

The sales assistant then turned to her collegues raised her eyebrows and huffed and put the first transaction through - at the end she remarked "I suppose you have a No7 voucher as well!" which I did.

On the second transaction I was also buying an outfit for my daughter and the total came to £9.99 so I asked if I could make it up to over £10 to get another voucher - again a huff and a remark made about the length of the queue. I handed over my No7 voucher and product - 250 point voucher and made my payment with another No7 voucher. "Oh you have another one do you!" quoted the sales assistant. Took my payment and shoved my receipt in the bag.

I was in a rush and went to leave the store and then the most embarassing thing happened that the security alarms started to bleep as I left the store. 2 sales assistants came running over and I stated that I had just bought a No7 gift from upstairs. They then made me empty my whole bag - even though they knew which one had the tag on and then made me go through the whole receipts - this is when I noticed that the 250 points had not been added on! However I was in no mood to ask them to add them then.

I was treated like a thief even though I had receipts to prove that I had purchased everything.

What with a sarcastic sales assistant and other assistants who think that they are part time police officers I can safely say that I have never been so embarressed in my life. I just hope no-one that I know had seen me.

I would like to point out the only reason I had so many No7 vouchers is that I am a REGULAR CUSTOMER, not that I got treated like one today.

I am sorry that this e-mail is so long but I am so annoyed if I don't get it off my chest now I will become more angry.

I used to work in Woolworths and I don't think I would ever speak to a customer like that. If they were not very polite or something I might be a bit off with them but I would never be horriable! I bet it makes you not want to go back there in a rush.

I went in to my local boots and they had the TD Face mask. First time I had seen it in there.

It was reduced to £3 a pot. I am using one but gave one away to my mum. So got one as it was to much of a bargain to pass up. Got to the till and it took off another £1.01 so it became £1.99 :j

So it seems on reduced TD it is taking off the extra because it is on offer. I was rather surprised by that.
    Hi Calley

The whole TD range is currently on a 1/3 off in the run-up to Mother's Day. :)

Good to see the till automatically applying it to the reduced stock too.

I really don't see the problem to be honest. They have bought the items so why shouldn't they sell them on?
I don't have a problem with buyers listing anything - it's just the idiots who buy this stuff that amaze me.

(I've happily sold stuff to people without a clue! :D)

    Just a quick one...

Went completely against my Boots FIFO system and tried the SC mask last night.

    I felt like a princess! *

The mask has a funny chemical smell and is a bit of a pain to wash off but my skin felt very refreshed afterwards.

    Think it's a huge rip-off at £89 per litre, but I may get a few more! ;)
