Thinks its usually 1 money off/points voucher per item.. so the till possibly accepted them as you bought 2 no7 items?
Someone will prob say they had different.. Boots tills have a mind of their own! :rotfl:0 -
WELSH-DRAGON wrote:Hiya barginunter - how did you get 2 lilac bags yesterday please? Is there a way of say getting two No.7 products for £15 on BOGOF, picking up 2 lilac bags, only paying £15 using the £5 voucher off and getting 250 points from a previous bag therefore only spending £10 and getting 250 points?
I know some items are £7.50 on BOGOF so I could get one lilac bag but really I wanted to maximise the lilac bag offer if poss (sory pash).
I managed the following which I think is maximising as much as you can - may help you or someone else!
2 x firm your body balm £7.50 Bogof 2 x mini skincare treat sets.
2 Lilac bags (as items should come to £30) cost £15 gave in £5 voucher
Cost £10 - got a £5 voucher & 2 x £2.50 vouchers in the bags.
So total cost £10 total back in Vouchers £10 4 Free items 2 Free bags + a few points!

Bought 2 of the £7.50 No. 7 sun products plus a few other things I needed. Total should have been £10.34 but I used the £5 No. 7 voucher, 250 points from the lilac bag I got yesterday and also an extra 50 points for buying something else. So also got another lilac bag and now have another 250 points voucher. Will save it and use it with my next £5 voucher I get when I top up my mobile this week. I love Boots. Total spent £5.34 and 321 points back on my card.If I had known then what I know now . . .
:A Official Boots Tart (I seem to be retired just now though) :A0 -

Hi Chell.....have just updated post one with the contents of the Lilac bag.

Hi everyone, I'm back from Boots!
Transaction 1:
1x 17 Tan Wipe & free Shimmer Brush @ £1.99
4x SC Masks @ £3.56
Meal Deal @ £2.99
Natural Collection Eyeshadow @ £1.59
Used 100 points on SC voucher
Used 100 points on 17 Self Tan voucher
Used 75 points on £10 spend voucher
Total: £10.13
Points received: 693
Received £5 No7 voucher
Transaction 2:
No7 Summer Organiser & free lilac bag @ £9.99
Other bits and pieces to take the total over £10
Used 250 point voucher from lilac bag*
Used 200 points on No7 Spring Collection voucher*
Used 50 points on £7.50 spend voucher
Used £5 No7 voucher
Total: £10.05
Points received: 540
Received another £5 No7 voucher
* The 2 vouchers with *s next to them did not go through automatically. Luckily, I got a nice SA who thought that they should have gone through, so they were added manually. It seems that the No7 Spring Collection voucher does NOT go through with any No7 product, unlike the No7 Skin Concerntrates voucher which was around in January.

Nice one. I did something similar except that I got 2x mini skincare treats BOGOF so £7.50 then made it over £10 using 9x bodyform.
So price was £16.02 - £5 No7 voucher = £11.02 - 9x bodyform vouchers = £2.02. Got free lilac bag and new No7 voucher because was over £10 before bodyform vochers. Plus got about 100 points with total spend voucher.
Now have new No7 voucher plus 250 point voucher ready to do it all again! I love bodyform0
