Got 2 lilac bags yesterday. Has anyone tried the foundation out of the bag?
It's amazing - just kinda melts onto your skin. Almost worth buying a full sized one (with vouchers of course).

I also loved the mini foundation, and went on to buy the full sized version as I think it is so fab!

It looks really dark when you first put it on but it blends so well and just gives you a lovely glow :)

I am still using the mini foundation from about 4 weeks ago, it lasts for ages!

Thats right Jaffacakes.......couple of Tarts have done just that. :D Feel a visit coming on?? :D:D:D

Just make sure Suncare is £7.50 each. I'm just wondering if I can do that and also use the 250pts voucher (From Lilac Bag) therefore paying 0p......anybody tried this?

I bought 2 x No7 Suncare £7.50 BOGOF, got a lilac bag and used the 250 pts voucher - didn't have a £5 No7 voucher to use but that would work as well, Suncare & lilac bag effectively FREE!!

    Avoid the Crabby SA!!

Thanks Liverbird! Funnily enough, my history esssay has now been abandoned and I'm going to Boots! I'm sure you can use the 250 point voucher, theres no reason why the till should not accept it.
Let us know how you get.
On another note I had a refund for a n7 eyeshadow that I bought a couple of months ago... I developed an allergy on my eyelid and it was very dry and nasty. Has anyone had this problem. I enquiry with the SA and she said that I could have a refund so I returned it today. It was great as I got over 8 pounds back, I didn't expect a refund because it is cosmetic... So I might get a lilac bag. Hurrah :T :T

I tried the two sun products for £7.50 (ie £15) but with the BOGOF reduced to £7.50, but SA said that wouldn't qualify me for the lilac bag as I was only really spending £7.50.... :o is that really right, or has anyone who has got round this just been lucky?? (Of course, with the £5.00 voucher I had it would have been even less, but never mind)

Instead thought I'd try the naturally sunkissed body moisturiser - £8.50 on the shelf, £2.00 of voucher at the AC machine, used £5.00 No 7 voucher, so actually cost me £1.50 (which I thought was good, till I just came on here and read others had managed to get the BOGOF suncream effectively for £2.50 and the free lilac bag!).

Well, technically it cost me £1.34 as I also bought 3 packs of bodyform (£2.84) with 3 x £1 vouchers! :D

There was another load of Bodyforms with the voucher attached too, so plenty more to be had - also picked up 3 in Morrisons as they are also selling packs with the vouchers on at 99p

Hiya barginunter - how did you get 2 lilac bags yesterday please? Is there a way of say getting two No.7 products for £15 on BOGOF, picking up 2 lilac bags, only paying £15 using the £5 voucher off and getting 250 points from a previous bag therefore only spending £10 and getting 250 points?

I know some items are £7.50 on BOGOF so I could get one lilac bag but really I wanted to maximise the lilac bag offer if poss (sory pash).

I bought 1 facial sun thing £9.50 and a lip/eye thing £5.50 Bogoff, got lilac bag paid £9.50 (forgot to use £5 voucher!). Then another transaction the same but with 2 tooth flossy things I needed paid £15.98 got a £5 voucher. So I paid out quite a lot but now got 2 £5 vouchers and 500 points out of the bags. We have a long holiday in the summer so I needed the face stuff and my gums unfortunately need regular poking with expensive little sticks.

    Cheers jacqui x

Thanks barginunter for your prompt reply - I think I'll be Bootsing tomorrow !! the kiddies need their mobiles topped up so I will get another 2 £5 vouchers plus the one I already have and will try and get the suncream on BOGOF in 3 seperate transactions, each time using a 250 point voucher and hopefully only paying £2.50 x 3 - top bargain if I can do it !! with the added bonus of 3 lilac bags, hopefully I will get nice SA's.

I am assuming that if in my larger store that if I went up to the baby dept and purchased my items there that they may not be aware of the spending limits etc.

    thanks again Michelle x

If anyone has tried the No7 Organiser thing, would they be able to tell me whether the £5 voucher went through automatically or whether it had to be deducted manually? I seem to remember someone saying that they couldn't be used on gift sets, so if this is the case, I will have to find a nice SA!

    Thanks in advance.

The £5 No7 voucher goes through automatically, would not let me use the 250 points voucher that I got from previous purchase of lilac bag. It is this 250 points voucher that says cannot be used on gift sets.

I got the organiser and a moisturiser and used both the £5 voucher and 250 points voucher.
