Hiya Pash!
I used a double points on my regular card with no problem! Good luck and hang on to that ACM card!0 -

Can I ask if you buy stuff online and want to return them, will the store take it or does it have to be posted back to boots.com.
Thank you0 -
calleyw wrote:I personally thing she was talking out of her bottom as it makes no odds to Wilkinsons if the product is 99p and the voucher is for £1 as they gave me no change. So they are quids in (excuse the pun)
I've had differing experiences in Wilkinsons & Boots with the Bodyform vouchers.
In Wilko they put them through as 99p vouchers, means they make 1p when redeemed but I don't care too much about that. In Boots the first time they gave me no points and no 1p change. The second time they gave me 3 points but no 1p change.
Interesting that there, as usual, doesn't seem to be an overall rule on what to do with these vouchers and SA's are making it up as they go along!0 -

When I read up on this the answer seemed to be that they would prefer you to send it back to Boots.com free of charge, but that you could take it back to the store if you wanted toFinleypop x :hello:0 -

Found it again!
Can I return an item I've bought on boots.com to my local store?
We do recommend that any products* bought from boots.com are returned using our free returns service to the address on the returns label found on your delivery paperwork. This is because certain products* are unique to boots.com and our shops will have no price or till details on these products*. However, if it is more convenient for you, please return your product*, in its original condition and its original packaging, to your local store and they will replace/refund it for you.Finleypop x :hello:0 -
