I must get back into baking, well maybe!! Twinks hobnobs are too nice, we usually end up eating the whole batch in one evening, and I don't think that is going to help me lose weight after this baby arrives (whenever that may be!)

Yuck, Yuck, Yuck...DS2 has just come in with dog poo on his sock!! I have cleared the garden but the grass needs cutting, so I must have missed a bit in the long patches of grass somewhere.........

But on a nicer note, my Lasagne and garlic bread smells delish:D

  • Just caught up - hoping MFD is sat holding her little bundle, giggling to herself wondering how long she can keep us all guess :lol

Labour vibes to mel and emm. Any news on AF?

I went to tesco today to pick up my Huggies basket - I used some of the other vouchers from the parenting club too. £2 off the huggies, £2 off a pack of pampers, £1.25 off a pack of pampers wipes, £1.25 off a pack of huggies wipes, but I got a 4 pack for £4, then I used the £2 off a £10 off baby essentials voucher, so got all the above for £4 ish :D

With the first Tesco pack I got, I remember all the vouchers were the "XX points when you buy.." type - I bought everything I had a voucher for and got 900+ points! :D I know they've changed my date now that i reregistered cos I got a "You are 40 weeks pregnant" email the day before I got a "You are 20 weeks pregnant" one a while ago, but no voucher pack yet :(

I asked my sis if she'd got a Nectar cards so I could get the Huggies basket from there for me. She didn't have, but specifically went to get one just for the basket (I wouldn't have bothered!). She phoned me yesterday, asking if she had to pretend to be pregnant, sounding very worried! ;) She's not exactly a stick insect so I said she would probably get away with it.

Tea dilemma... We have beef and red wine ravioli and mature cheddar and tomato ravioli (fresh pasta from Morrisons), plus tomato and mascarpone sauce and napelonata (sp?) sauce... can't decided which goes with which?! :(

In a non-stalker-ish fashion, I was lying in bed this morning, thinking "must remember to ask MM if her sweets have arrived yet" :o

Also, have you had any joy finding your wall stickers yet?

Not stalkerish at all, I think about you lot at the strangest times !!!!:rotfl:

Never got any wall stickers, so I decided to take the plunge and pay for the VERY overpriced curtains and have plain walls instead !!

(BTW - I am very impressed with your memory elle !!!!)

I was thinking about it cos I intended to go into town earlier (never made it!) and there's a stall on our market which has a whole nursery set up in Alfie Giraffe - I think they've got every AG thing going! I was going to look for you, but like I say, I never made it past the end of the drive today :o

Sadly it's doesn't extend into my work right now - was talking to a colleague in her office the other day and we agreed I would make a fairly vital change to our payroll once I got back to my office. Literally 30 steps back to my desk, and I'd forgotten all about it  Remembered two days later when I'd completely missed the deadline :o (luckily she remembered earlier, changed it and just decided to let me get away with it this time ;)).
