Thanks hun :) think what I might do I tell him to cancel the multiroom (it's not vital and frankly doesn't get used that much! And threaten to cancel the whole lot :rotfl: - I take it you can still change your mind on cancellation right up until the day before your cancellation is due to take place?

RIIGHT just spoke to my manager. Im going to PM you with what he said :)

For work I had a smart pair of next trousers with the elastic inside so I wore them from 10wks and have adjusted them as I have got bigger. I'm 26wks now and my DD has pointed out that I'm actually bigger than your pic Mrs T, bless her! Poor lady at work who is considering starting a family was shocked at my size but I keep trying to reassure her that it's only because it's no.6.

  • Just to add - newlook have 2 pairs of 28inch jeans on the website! I know there are a few shorties about :p - oh and there only £16!

We have Sky+ but DH is drooling at the HD box (MEN!) - I know Sky have clamped down on the "well I'm gonna leave if you don't give me a better deal" thing so what would be the best way of getting a HD box cheap/free and a better deal on the monthly payments? (We have the sports and movie and multiroom packages already lol so spend a wee bit over the minimum LOL Well I say we... it's DHs luxury so can't really take it off him, but unless he can get the HD free (or nearly) then he's not allowed one ;)

We recently upgraded to Virgin HD V+. Everytime we want something we always threaten to leave, worked especially well when they lost the Sky channels! :D. And if the operator wasn't particularly co operative, we would try again a bit later on!. Oh, and we got to keep our old box for £5 pm so its now in our bedroom.

And I guess its just me who can't tell the difference between normal and HD TV?!:rotfl:

LOL, Gorden Ramsey likening someone to an appendix! :rotfl: I like him but hate the way he swears all the time, there is no need for it and he sounds too posh to carry it off he always sounds like he is doing it for the cameras. Wonder if he swears like that at home or if his wife beats the crap out of him?
This made me chuckle!! I know his accent isn't but he is rough as 'owt!! he's originally from the rough bit of Glasgow - surely you know this Misses?:p
have you read his autobiography? I read it from cover to cover in about 2 days - loved it!

I felt guilty when DS started school as a July birthday they start at Xmas so are already well behind the others and the statistics the schools hold say they don't catch up until at least 10 or older. Can't believe I was silly enough to have another July baby but I have worked hard with DS and he is slowly catching up. Seems so unfair that they are expected to be the same for KS1 sats and he will only be 6.
I was a late June baby and had lots of problems at school all I believe were due to the fact I was too young/immature to 'get' school but just to reassure you a bit they were all behaviour problems, I was top o'the class for maths reading and science  still can't spell very well tho (I have dyslexic tendencies)
The school I actually went to is also an outstanding ofsted one (well it is now they didn't do inspections while I was there coz I'm sooo old :p) and like you my mum worked/works there :D I started there in Jan but my mum thought she was doing the best (or maybe just cheapest) thing by sending me to the local school who only took kids in the August (silly wigan used to all start in aug not sept) You know you don't have to send ur kids to school until they're 5 though - just a thought...

Ps sorry to be harping back to last night but I was "in a bad place" so stayed away, still a bit grumpy but hopefully that will change when I see my bubs on that screen later today!! (even though Chris has told me today he doesn't want to see baby again  main reason for the scan is so he can see it again!:rotfl:
I'm sure someone will ask so I tell u now I'm grumpy because OH came home all grumpy last night and was snappish I was tired and it just really got to me, then I find out he is working prob til 5 or 6 today so deff non coming the scan, to which he said "well I wasn't gonna go anyway" I knew this but always hoped he'd said it in a grump and would change his mind when it came around - obviously not!
