Tryed combofix now geting this message
please close all applications, reboot windows and restart this instalation.
have rebooted but keep getting this mesage

i cant get this to save to desktop. tryed to open from c file with no luck, can only get combofix from the link in page 1, how can i save this to desktop. thanks

wherever it is ~ MOVE it (Copy and paste) to C drive ~ USERS ~ ADMIN ACCOUNT (Whatever its called) ~ DESKTOP

Thanks, managed to save it to desktop, and this is what comes up so not sure if to open it or not.
you are attempting to open a file of type system .
file (sys)
the files are used by operating system and various programs.
editing or modifying they could damage your system
if you want to open click yes.

also had a pm from some one asking what make and model my pc is. but they didnt say why they wanted to know this

rename the filename to 'COM.EXE'

OMG i think iv saved it to a file, how long does it take to run combofix as its getting late. maybe do it tomorow
