Just beginning my persuit of Egg going back approx 10 years. any tips gratefully accepted!!!

Firstly Good Luck it what I would say it is just under 2 years since I started to request back what is rightfully mine and as you can see its far from sorted! Make sure you get your request into them to see all of your correspondance and information they have about you and the products.

Mine went to the FOS and it has taken an age to get here - Good luck!!

Ok anyone have any comments on the interest and how it is calculated

As an example if there was a PPI payment for lets say £30 in the May 2002 how would that be shown now if they were to uphold the complaint?

get that consumer questionnaire filled in and sent off!

I too have just sent mine off to Egg, one in 1999 & the other in 2002
would these be too old for the compliant to be upheld ie, time barred??:cool:

Offer from Egg put back to the FOS as it does appear to be incorrect, back in the system for the time being i guess!! Onwards upwards!!!
