    evening all

seems like forever since i last posted (FRI). Didnt go online at the weekend and this week at work I have been determined to work hard for my wages LOL and at lunch been taking dog for a long walk.

Been a bit bad with grocery shopping and gone over by about £80 but in that I got dd a new pair of jeans, underwear and a pair of cool spotty wellies. Been frugal with my petrol and been paying debts which is good. Now am updating my sheets and applying for bank charges reclaiming under hardship rules.

What else.... got a letter from mortgage company to say fixed rate coming to an end WOO HOO so will go from 7% to 3% interest. No idea what that means in real terms but I suppose it will mean more of my monthly payment will go towards arrears which can only be a good thing. used calculator below and will be about £145 cheaper so thats and extra £145 towards the priority debt. Excellent!
    - Finally set up my online transfer to pay my mortgage payments. RBS online banking is such a pain cause you have to use that card reader thing
    - going on Scottish Slimmers but not attending classes (far too much money) Got a friend who is to get me the books and using the Wii to keep track
    - got joined up in the gym at work. £10 for the year. A no brainer really. Only got a few machines and only been twice but will go more.
    - dog walking better now so doing about 40 mins at lunch and another half an hour at tea time.
    - hating the cost of fresh food to snack on.
    - been playing the free scratchies and doing all my clicks (except the weekend just there) Got 50p & 10p today.
    - helped out at a conference at the weekend doing stewarding which basically meant I saw the whole thing for free. (saved £35)
    - been taking my lunch in every day this week. Not sure if saving money as such but definately doing better on calorie intake.
    - only half filling the bath so can save on hot water
    - planning our money management (CAP Money) course which am helping lead starting next tue.
    - told a few more people about my money issues which will hopefully help with accountability

So far behind with Uni stuff. Got 2 TMA's due and just struggling to get everything done. Will need to stay in all weekend!!

Anyway, great to catch up with you all

Try this link - http://money.guardian.co.uk/calculator/form/0,,603156,00.html to help you find out how much you will pay. I found it accurate to about £2!

    Good luck
