Hi, I know what you mean. I've had yet another call from them this morning. What is worrying is that they seem to know my make of mobile and my number (to call me in the first place) but even got my name wrong although this didn't stop the apparent hard-sell.

I don't seem able to stop them and the only thing I can suggest is talk to your local media. Your paper or radio station may be interested in covering it and at least, it would warn other people. Suffice to say, I will be voting with my feet and changing mobile provider when my contract ends in a couple of months. These people are just totally irritating pests!!

I was receiving calls from this number. Usually 1 a day for a few weeks. In the end i answered and when they requested details I refused and just said no thankyou I am happy with my contract. I did not even give them the 'security questions to confirm who you are'. Just no, I'm happy, thank you, goodbye. Haven't had any calls sincw so fingers crossed. I did some research into the number and there are so many people saying its dodgy & others saying its Vodafone. People have been told both things by Vodafone too so who knows. You can never be too careful though.

    Hi bbulters and Ladywhisper,

I can assure you both and anyone else with any doubts that the calls are from us.

Bbulters, if you'd like some help from the Web Relations Team to prevent further calls being made you can email us your details using the 'Contact us' form on our website here.

When sending the email you'll also need to include a link to this thread within the body of it and state the code WRT135 in the subject line to make sure it comes through to us.

    Thanks,

    Lee
