    hello my lovelies carpy run tonight, think I need to eat more calories before i run. In fact I never run great at night before Ive eaten my main meal as this is when I get most of the calories for the day. So future long runs I must have a good meal beforehand. Still did 4 miles

    Things I must to tonight
    Find all documents to send off student loans deferement
    Draw up a paper sponsorship form
    Write some blurb to go with sponsorship form
    Order photo albums
    Finish editing some wedding photos
    Eat lots and be happy :)

    I'm debating whether to get Sky. I've got Virgin at the moment for tv, phone and internet, and Sky seems cheaper but I'd have to pay BT £125 to connect a a BT phoneline.

    Or I might go for the cheaper option of Freeview, but then what do I do about phoneline/internet?

    It's all so complicated. :rolleyes:

    Snags, I am with Tiscali for everything but then I have sky, so i don't need a bt line at all...does that help...

    Sammy, is your Nike thing on your iPod? How does that work?

    I'm due to get a bonus at the end of this month, it's not enough to do anything significant with, I'm not in debt apart from the car (which will be paid off in August) and the budget is tight but ticking along, so I am thinking about buying an iPod as a treat. :D
