DFW DAILY CHAT - Wonderful Wednesday 11th March 2009

Hi folks

Been up since stupid o'clock. I thought in the last few weeks preggers women were supposed to sleep all hours:confused:

Going to work soon but hope everyone that follows has a wonderful day.

Love and hugs to all

I ran just over 4 miles this morning in 31 minutes. The other day I thought I had done 3 miles in 29 but I measured it yesterday and it was about 3.5 miles so thats good. Thanks to Sammy and Sally for getting me up (I won't tell you what Sammy sent me to get me up! :D..........Oh ok it was a text message)

Long work at day today for me, so look out for the 4am Chat thread tomorrow morning. Byeee all for now Len

Lenny its a warm up jog followed by 3 x 5 mins running at speed then slowing down for 5 mins in between then a cool down jog at the end..supposed to increase your speed over time...

So when I was going really fast (for me!) I nearly fell over and it right put me off.

I also did my run on a hilly route (not a good idea really as the last speed run nearly killed me) did 4k in 24 mins and Lance Armstrong told me I had set a personal best for a mile....(he is built into my nike + thingy)

    Morning

Had a lovely evening yesterday, Tigtag and LittleLegs came over for pizza. But then as the evening wore on, I started to feel achey all over, and this morning I've got earache, a really sore throat and a pounding head.

Feel absolutely knackered even though I had loads of sleep. I was supposed to be doing a 5k run tonight but I think I will just go to bed instead. :o

Off to work for me today so have a good day everyone.

    Morning all

My sympathies to all those going to work today. :D

Snaggs - hope you feel better soon.

Today I shall mostly be deep cleaning the bathroom. How do they get so manky quite so quickly?

I've still not heard back from that tax credit 02/03 claim....could really use the money this month too.
