That sounds like the perfect excuse Maz...I have to say there is something nice about running in the morning, really does get you going for the day although its the getting out of bed to start with that is hard
Im not commenting on Lenny's time as after a year of more or less running week in week out and he is still faster than me
Bun, Bea is much better just really couldn't be bothered with the whole rush to get her to school on time when it wasn't necessary.
ooooo ive just discovered the food database on fetch
guess what i'll be doing today I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
Finally Debt Free...0 -
whats's the new tat IA and where is it?
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

re Len's times - i was very sceptical at first and assumed he was fibbing and bigging himself up... but have decided he is probably telling the truth... something to be said for "muscle memory" obviously!!! lol!!
I'm never gonna be fast, ever, but i'm not as slow as i used to be....
Sammy is super fast!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Sar - the Tat looks lovely! She's done a brilliant version of the original.... will look great when it's finished....
Big G got hi 4th tattoo a couple of weeks ago, a black n grey dragon.. hard to believe a year ago he had none!!
We're going to have a day away together when he gets his 5th (and final, but he always says that) and i'm getting mine extended and brightened up a bit....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I don't feel fast Maz....(although it felt like it when i nearly fell on me face!)
It has taken me 2 years of running to get to that pace and its only really since i went on the running weekend that I have had the confidence to push myself further than i 'think' i can go...
Anyway I am off to fetch now to check out this food database thingy.....see if creme eggs are on it....:oQuality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
