I've just received the below email from Domino's Head Office:
I have now passed your complaint over to our Head of Operations here at head Office who will chase the franchisee for an immediate response to this.
We will be discussing the problems with your order directly with the franchisee and we will do everything in our power to make sure this does not happen again. We will be addressing the way that your complaint has been handled by the franchisee and the fact that he did not contact you as he advised. We would like to assure you that we did not find this acceptable and we will be taking steps to make sure that does not happen again.
So, still no response really.

Another email from someone called V@ne$$a Left1ey (obscurred for goolgling) who is the Area Manager:
I am sorry for the delay in replying to you but I have just received your email and am also a bit worried myself. and would like to think you spoke to the manager but he should not have been rude to you.
Unfortunately I cannot get hold of the manager for a couple of days as he has leave. As soon as he returns I will investigate fully and get back to you.

email the head office VIA the link i gave you with the supporting information! Hopefully they will shut the dump down.
Ensure you add information like this is effecting your brand name etc.
The manger is never avalible.
And that you no longer want to work with the store, and would rather have them do it on your behalf.
Hopefully if they are really doing that to people, Dominos will close the shop down (E.G Stop allowing them to use the dominos name)0 -

I too complained to this company a few years ago and it took about 3/4 emails from me before I got a reply. I got a snotty letter through the post which denied everything I had pointed out and more or less accused me of complaining just to get free food. I was so disgusted I took the voucher into the store and gave it back after giving the manager a mouthful. The problem with this company is they are all franchised so the manager is usually the owner and they dont really care.0

You still got a voucher. They could of simple sent the letter, Seriously. Sometimes they dont mean to word it like that, so you get offended.
Either you knew the complaint was not legit and thought they knew or you where just upset.
