You probably don't eat enough Pepe so your body is in starvation mode. Try http://caloriecount.about.com/ for a few weeks and see what it says. Don't change your habits at this stage, just note them on there.

Will you lot bloody well slow down! I cant read that fast!!!!

And, btw, as I only take to work 2L of water, 2 apples, 2 bananas, 1 orange and only supplement it with 2 or 3 cups of tea between 1a.m and 1 p.m. Then have healthy, no sugar cereals and a good low-fat dinner at 6............why am I still fat?
Come on then experts. Do your worst. please.
And I walk at least 10 miles a week....it must be relaxed muscle right?:D

You work funny hours don't you? Lack of sleep doesn't help apparently... didn't think you looked fat in the photos though! But I know how it feels when you aren't comfy with your weight - I'm at my heaviest again at the mo

If you're going to do it PLEASE buy a fresh chicken and roast it at home and don't go for a ready cooked, fat injected greaseball...

_pale_ No, I have this domestic goddess urge to roast it myself with a few herbs on top (thyme, sage etc) and then serve it with heaps of fresh steamed veg and a couple of roast potatoes.

The thought of eating say KFC doesn't do it, nor does pre-prepared frozen chicken like birds eye nuggets. It's the thought of roasting the chicken that's making me want to try it!

When I did salsa lessons one of the instructors was built like a whippet whereas the other wore a little more padding! No one chose to dance with the skeletal whippet!

Okay, okay I do all take your point!!!!

However, you saw me in Manchester AFTER I lost 20lbs.........20lbs is a lot for a little bird!!!!

I am feeling quite happy with the way I am but I struggle with what to eat during the day so am finding the CD shakes easy to cope with (otherwise it would be back to my normal diet of no breakfast, and a chocolate bar with a red bull for lunch). I don't like sandwiches and we don't have a kitchen at work.

And I don't buy the creme eggs Natalie does....I managed to resist really really well for a while then I had just one......

In my defence I was almost a four bars of chocolate a day kind of gal until CD....

    Pepe,
What Squirrely said is true-lack of sleep causes you to be fat.

    so does stress.

So sleep more mate! Ok? Good.
