I guess it depends what you use to make up the 200 calories...

I remember when Mum was on WW she used to have a tiny piece of salmon, a few potatoes and the biggest pile of carrots and broccoli...

Sammy - i'm considering going onto 200cal meal, so SS+ from this week, as i am pretty sure i'm not getting all i need energy wise and my body is hanging onto it... plus i'm doing more miles now so need the fuel... should still see a loss and i think i could cope with shakes all day if i got something nice-ish at night... trouble is the 200cal meal really isn't a lot is it?

I'm supposed to be on the 1000 cal a day plan now but I am kind of not sticking to it...(blasted creme eggs) I have two shakes a day one for breakfast and one for lunch (very convenient and enough for me) but I am eating basically what I like for dinner, which invariably is quite healthy as my taste seems to have changed dramatically.

I will see what she says tonight....

DH and I had luch jacket potatoes for lunch-stuck them in the oven for an hour and a half and he had chili and cheese (HM chili!) and I had LF cottage cheese mixed with beetroot and hotsauce. was soooooooooooooooo nice.

    Sorry Maz.

Sammy-IMHO, (having been down the CD route MANY MANY times!) stick with healthy eating. Stop buying bloody CREAM EGGS in MULTIPACKS and have lots of fruit and veg in the house. You do enough running to not have to go down the route. And, if I am being BRUTALLY honest, you don't need to lose another 12 lbs. You will look like old and haggard crone if you get too skinny. *bunny steps off soapbox*

at 34 weeks should I really be getting cravings? only ask cos I've been a non-meat-eater for over 23 years and I'm really wanting to have magic chicken (day 1 - roast chicken, day 2 - home made chicken curry and day 3 - home made chicken noodle soup with the carcas and whatevers left)! I'm almost salivating over the thougth of it:o

i was always told, the preggers craving are what your body is tell ing you it needs, so have that rubber chicken (chicken that bounces into at least 3 meals) and enjoy, espesh as its a low fat meat, if you dont eat the skin

have to say Sammy - when I met you in Manc. I was really confused. You are really, REALLY tiny (in a really lovely and cute way!) and I kept thinking - this is Sammy - who is on the Cambridge Diet? Maybe it's someone else and I'm getting it wrong?! I think you look bloody fantastic and another 12 pounds is surely too far??

Is that the topping one? If so, it's gorgeous and has no additives/wheat/dairy so I can actually eat it. :D

I think I eat well but not enough, if I moved more then I'd lose more weight. I've put on 8lbs since Jan through being too lazy.
