Chop up and cook the potatoes. Stick in a baking dish, you can fry them of if you want them crispy. Fry off some chopped onion, courgette, bacon and pour over potatoes with some tomatoes. Top with cubed feta and bake for 20 mins.
Or, omit the vegetables and do the cooked potato with lots of cooked bacon and tomatoes poured over and then bake."Stay Wonky":D

NOW, STOP TALKING ABOUT FOOD!
Maz - how much longer are you on your liquid diet? I think you're amazing being able to stick to it so well:T26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

So how do i use fetch then...
Maz, I am having a weigh in tonight...not been for three weeks...think I have stayed the same..
Not sure what I am going to do - stick to CD and lose the last 12lbs that way or try to do healthy eating and if that doesn't work go back on CD for a couple of weeks when I have got it out of my system.....
whatever happens I am having risotto for my tea (from costco)

Sorry that crisp should be after the half and empty:rolleyes: - I'd stick the skins in the warm oven while doing the mashing and mixing.
Actually if I'm making them myself I do them the night before while something else is in the oven rather than use a microwave and then its a really wasy dinner the next day as all I need to do is put the stuffed skins in the oven for half an hour and make a salad to go with26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

That's kinda what i said... sort of.... only fancier!
Re the CD diet Luc, i have had treats and let myself off the hook, especially in Manchester weekend away.... Beanie, remember my face when i realised that M&S cinamon bun had 50gs of carbs! i was devastated!!!!
There was fish n chips at the running club dance last week too, so i ate the fish but not the chips....
no alcolhol is not a biggie for me either, cause i generally have to drive home to sticks-ville so don't often drink anyway.....
It's more about finding ways to curb my boredom....
Sammy - i'm considering going onto 200cal meal, so SS+ from this week, as i am pretty sure i'm not getting all i need energy wise and my body is hanging onto it... plus i'm doing more miles now so need the fuel... should still see a loss and i think i could cope with shakes all day if i got something nice-ish at night... trouble is the 200cal meal really isn't a lot is it?
I'm sure you are aiming too low, and i think you should let yourself off with that last 12lbs.... accept you will never be 8 and a half stone again, you're gonna be a granny soon remember!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
