    Will you lot bloody well slow down! I cant read that fast!!!!

    And, btw, as I only take to work 2L of water, 2 apples, 2 bananas, 1 orange and only supplement it with 2 or 3 cups of tea between 1a.m and 1 p.m. Then have healthy, no sugar cereals and a good low-fat dinner at 6............why am I still fat?
    Come on then experts. Do your worst. please.
    And I walk at least 10 miles a week....it must be relaxed muscle right?:D

You are really, REALLY tiny (in a really lovely and cute way!) and I kept thinking - this is Sammy - who is on the Cambridge Diet? Maybe it's someone else and I'm getting it wrong?! I think you look bloody fantastic and another 12 pounds is surely too far??

    I think you're looking great, and with running and so on, you are in peak condition!

    So as Bunny says, lay off the cream eggs..... well maybe only 1-2 a week then!

    If you're going to do it PLEASE buy a fresh chicken and roast it at home and don't go for a ready cooked, fat injected greaseball...
