And, btw, as I only take to work 2L of water, 2 apples, 2 bananas, 1 orange and only supplement it with 2 or 3 cups of tea between 1a.m and 1 p.m. Then have healthy, no sugar cereals and a good low-fat dinner at 6............why am I still fat?
Come on then experts. Do your worst. please.
And I walk at least 10 miles a week....it must be relaxed muscle right?:D:D stay wonky

i was always told, the preggers craving are what your body is tell ing you it needs, so have that rubber chicken (chicken that bounces into at least 3 meals) and enjoy, espesh as its a low fat meat, if you dont eat the skin
I might buy a chicken at the weekend and try it.
