I've unsuccessfully appealed 2 times PO rejections in the past; at least the applications were done via cashback site, and PO paid even without giving me the card

p.s The limit they gave me when accepted me was the most generous compared to my other CCs
p.p.s. Yes - accepted (and got the cashback as well
for it) on my third application. Limit was 10% higher than my highest CC at the time. iaye carramba!0 -

hi
so does that mean you unsucessfully appealed twice and then applied a third time and got one? Do you mind sharing the limit and the process/times you waited.
Info will help other people...
thanks :j

Well, the details came yesterday - £2.6K, and the card arrived today.
Got DH to do the BTs yesterday and they were a bit funny cos the original accounts were in my name (and PO card is in DHs name). DH said that they better tell me that info directly (I was next to him), so when the guy came on the phone he said that the card had to be in DHs name - well I said he does have a card in his name (M&S account is in my name, but both DH and I had cards), so they accepted this and did BTs.
Guy said it will take 7-10 days to effect, so will reconfirm then, in case they get funny again.0 -
