The clothes would do me more good than the chocolate, that's for sure.
I'm trying to be good. You see, I had a Christmas card from an old friend, and in it he told me he's lost three and a half stone. That made me feel quite guilty.
Then I thought 'Ah, but if he lost that much, he must've grown really huge' and I felt much better!:rotfl:0 -
Came out of hibernation just to wish one and all a very happy Christmas and superb fruit and veg in the New Year :beer:0

i am reading a thread on the up your income board which will help me stay focused... and make sure that 2010 is the year that i seriously knuckle down and get things done....
I have decided to sell ALLmy vintage clothes collection, well i have had the joy of owning them so. and collectively they will be worth a bit of money...
there is a vintage fair this monday, so going to have a nose to see what type of prices i can charge for things....and then book a space at one..Work to live= not live to work0 -

we had a newsletter and calendar through the door earlier delivered on behalf of one of the political parties in the area.... and the supermarket planning has been passed:o would have been nice for us to have been told first, and not to have found out by a flipping newsletter:mad:
if i remember rightly it was approx 14 months from this stage to the supermarket being opened in another local village.....
oooooo well.... nothing we can do about it now....
also just about 1 mile away the planning for a huge tesco has been passed to go there too, its a sad time for local shops...Work to live= not live to work0 -
