Quick question off topic, do Sky still charge you £10 extra a month if you have Sky+ and aren't on the full package?
Wkdwill;
The original cost of an extra £10.00 was removed quite a while ago. Providing that you are subscribing to a minimum package there is no extra cost for recording with sky+.
If you cancel your subscription then you must pay £10.00 per month otherwise use the box as a free view box but you will be unable to record.
hope that makes sense

Since the dish is held by only 3 bolts instead of four, the fixing is inadequate and probably in breach of Health and Safety guidelines. If this caused it to fall on someone, Sky would be liable. Therefore I suggest you WRITE to Sky and ask them to send an installer to fix it properly for free. You should not have to pay anything. See http://sam-radford.me.uk/how_to_complain.htm0
