ETA. We were talking about changing bedding at toddlers this morning. I did feel more than just a bit smug when I said I did ours every week and vacuumed and turned the mattress too!!!!! Didn't give my flylady thread secret away though!
    but were the mums impressed?

    GTG - pressing engagement:cool: - I have ironing to iron:T - the washing is all dry:T
then off to put the glad rags on as DS has an optician's appointment.

Meant to say good news about your littley GnB - but am a bit surprised they had a tot with a contagious heart condition on an open ward:confused:
Hope your hubby heals soon Triker

Come on likklegibbon! Put some loud music on (that way you wont hear the anglegrinder!!) take a couple of painkillers with a coffee and do the binbag dance!! - you will feel better for it afterward.

Then you can think about some studying later.......get yourself in the mood first!!

Youve got 15 minutes...... ready, steady......GO!

Back from hospital, Surgeon says not to worry that seepage ...blood... is normal and that its going to be 3/4 weeks before the grafts seal and that the bits that need repairing, he'll repair. So that's it for now, OH exhausted and now sleeping again.
Hi triker that sounds as if its fairly ok then:confused: poor DH - he must be totally wiped out by it - is he to be off work until the graft seals? gentle hugs for him.
G&B glad you are home - sorry to hear you were so poorly yourself - hope you are feeling better today - thats a scary thought about LO being exposed to that infection - hope the pain eases for her soon. huge squishy gentle hugs for you both!
likklegibbon welldone on the weight loss - now have a slap round the chin with a wet fish - go do some studying for that TMA:rotfl:

My HHC went on into .....couple of hours...or so:confused:
anyway I have been putting washing out and taking in dry stuff and folding ready for going away
then I was going to do the fridge but there was veg needing using so I have made 2 huge panfuls of soup for the freezer and just eaten a bowl of parsnip and apple for lunch. Takes me ages but at least the veg wasnt wasted - off to clear up and get the DW on

She was in a cubicle on the ward, but they didnt know what she had til this morning so she wasnt in isolation. We only found out what she had because the dad works with my dad and he phoned to let us know. We didnt have any direct contact with the girl other than being on the same ward but my dad spoke to her dad and shook his hand etc then came home and played with my LO so we were a bit concerned. Maybe we are being overly cautious:confused:
