    Evening all

Sorry - haven't had time but to skim the first and last couple of pages. Hugs etc. for all those who need them.

Thank you all for your funding vibes. I think we may have got it :D Won't know for another week or so, but certainly the man with the wallet spoke very favourably and told me on the quiet that he preferred my proposal to the other that was on the table.

We just need to keep our fingers crossed.

I'm off now to put my feet up with a glass of wine and the tele for a bit then flop into bed - it's been a long day!

Rose how much washing up did you have?

Ever thought about paper plates lol.
I had it piled up in the sink and all over the worktop, all piled up on the cooker, on a tray balanced on top of the bin, and some things in the LR. It was bad! We didn't have any space to put anything, and we didn't have anything left to use!
I won't let it get like that again! Just catching up with you all as haven't been able to get online for a couple of hours. Had a funny faintness thing, but am feeling a bit better now. Really want my bed tho. I think it's cos I forgot to eat anything today! DH has given me a nice dinner so that was nice.
Hope everyone is well, going to catch up on the thread now. Big hugs to you all

DD2 is crawling with lice and DD3 has burned a hole in my carpet which was new last September... Do I claim it on the house insurance or not?? On top of my whopping claim still under processing!

Right, this may sound wacky but when our woodburner spat a hot coal onto our new carpet, I cut a bit off the outer edge ( just the fluff bit not the underlay bit) and superglued it into the hole. Couldn't ever find the burn again so it must have worked!:rotfl: :rotfl:

Evening ladies, hope everyone is well.

Had a long boring day at the hospital, just putting my feet up and watching some tv. Dishes are done, child is in bed. May do some flying later:o
Big hugs and best wishes for tomorrow GnB, hope all goes well.

Quillion, your little un sounds so sweet!

ETA: Soappie, that's great, I really hope you have got it! Sounds like you have! Exciting for you.
