Blimey it's cold here... probably something to do with having had the back door open all day  . I've finally given in and put the heating on :o

My VERY clever Daddy has fixed the utility room ceiling to the roof and boxed in the pipes above the boiler (insulating above them), and put a door on the box so that it's accessible for servicing the boiler (and possibly for me to add more insulation at some point).

Hopefully he'll stop soon, so I can clear up the kitchen and make supper while he's in the bath. Early night tonight I think as I have to be in work two hours earlier than normaly tomorrow (which means normal getting up time, but making myself respectable rather than flinging on gym kit and leaving the details till later :D ).

MY MACAW THIS WEEK is to excercise at least 4 times and carry on playing with ds

I love mopping the floor. I have a microfibre mop well actually i have three. One for upstairs laminate in ds bedroom and one for downstairs. I also have a mini mop for ds which i used the other day to clean my outside windows on the conservatory. I know i am sad but at least my house is clean. My sil has been to me house for the last two sundays and even she commented how tidy it still is.

You know how they say you are a role model for your kids well my ds was in the kitchen yesterday on the time out chair and he went very quiet. He has to do 3 minutes so not wanting to interact with him  i didn't go in till 3 minutes were up. Bless he was cleaning the front of my cooker with the teatowel and the water from the cats bowl   . When asked what he was doing he said helping you mummy i can be a good boy.

That's brilliant as I did all of upstairs today as well. Just need to vacuum through and I will be done, although the fridge from today needs to be done. That means that I can have some me time tomorrow planning my quilt that I am about to embark upon.

    Looking forward to that.

Ironing did not get completed as my shoulders are killing me now. DD and OH fed. Dishes soaking in hot water and I am having a rest. I only have a small pile of ironing left(plus what is drying), so hoping to get it done tomorrow.

    Hope you are all well,
ROSE, how did you get on with the washing up?
    Will go catch up now........

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Brilliant!! My auntys' DS used to love hoovering (when he was about 3) - she bought him a dust-buster for Christmas, and it was his job to do the chairs and cushions!!

I don't know where today has gone. I haven't flown. I made banoffee pie instead.

    And ate it.:D

Your house for pudding then just saw you ate it. I might have a go at that but don't want to mess up my kitchen. Mental note to look for a recipie.
I have put Jacket potatoes in so it doesn't get too messy ;)

Evening ladies, hope everyone is well.

Had a long boring day at the hospital, just putting my feet up and watching some tv. Dishes are done, child is in bed. May do some flying later:o
