Far better to print the thread and send to the FO and the fraud squad and anyone else implicated in this thread.

To be fair I'm not delighted that cashpig has lost money. I'm amazed that cashpig isn't seriously looking at the points people have made. OK there has been some sniping and some laughing, mainly due to cashpig's attitude and responses, but putting that aside there are some points that cashpig would do well to heed.

    1. Is it OK to post names of companies being investigated on this forum? (Ask the DI).

    2. There is a risk that statements you make to the police could make you an easy target for a fraud investigation into your own part in this. (Take your own legal advice).

    3. There is a risk that the lender on the fraudulently obtained mortgage could call in the loan and/or obtain a charge against other property. (Read the terms of your mortgage carefully/ consult a solicitor if necessary.)

You came on an internet forum for advice/ opinions. It is the nature of a forum that you will get sniped at. The sensible thing is to take heed of any advice and ignore the derogatory comments. You seem to be doing the opposite.

    Thanks.

1 - I am not claiming that the bank has been fraudulent against me. I am complaining that they have been neglagent (I have sought legal advice and this is the gerenal stance)

2 - The bank is NOT part of the fraud investigation.

3 - If the mortgage was sanctioned via a neglagence, I will look to have y losses redressed.

4 - I have NOT played a fraudulent part in obtaining a mortgage. I filled in paperwork honestly and correctly and was guided by the professional at the time, as you would expect - I do not buy houses everday or work in the finance industry. I am joe average woth regards to this.

5 - If there is any wrong-doing on the paperwork, then it has been tampered with after I signed it. This does not make me a guilty of fraud.

Fraud = to intentionally decieve with the sole purpose of obtaining money.

LISTEN YOU THICK FUK... I ALREADY SAID I WAS NAIVE TO THE SYSTEM OF BUYING A FUKKING HOUSE - I DONT IT EVERY FUKKING DAY FO A LIVING.

THESE PPL DO IT ALL THE FUKKING TIME... THEY TOLD ME (AND NOT ALL ON ONE DAY) THAT THESE ARE THE ASSOCIATED FIRMS THAT WILL ACT FOR ME - I PAID A FINDERS FEE TO THE INVESTMENT COMPANY AND THEY PROVIDED ALL THE LEGAL AND BROKERING SERVICES FOR THAT FEE - AS A SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS...

I AM DONE TALKING TO YOU ABOUT IT - YOUR SOLE INTERST IS TO MAKE YOURSELF LOOK BIG AND CLEVER AT MY EXPENSE. YOU ARE NOT A LAWYER. YOU ARE NOT A FRAUD EXPERT AND YOU ARE NOT PRIVY TO ALL THE DISCUSSIONS I HAVE HAD WITH THE F.SQUAD OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT BUT IM SURE IT IS NOT FOR MY BENEFIT.

Oh dear is it not going your way then

Can't see how the lender's negligence ( or inprudent lending) is responsible for your losses,

Its a bit like my claiming my stockbroker should cover my equity losses as they gave me a trading platform and credit

You may have routes available against other parties , and so may the lender
Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.

you cannot see that cos you're not in full possession of all the facts and I haven't shared with you the ful details surrounding the situation.

So why put it on here and withhold info that may effect the advice or should I say opinions?

Its like say what colour car should I buy without telling you I can only have blue, red or green?

I think we should have this thread locked now, its becoming an obsession!

Daniel 76 - I didn't open a thread as an official investigation and clearly there is more to it than i could possibly type in an entire week.. What I have said is the basis of it obviously.

I was looking for general ideas and views - instead I got nonsense from forum queens looking for attention, being pedandtic and such like.

At the end of the day, I have a way of dealing with this and no one else need worry about it. All the info I've given on here about the investment firm, and the f.s are readily available from newspaper footage online. Ive said nothing that incriminates me - all the bank info I've said has been my opinion and the opnion of a lawyer that I had a brief chat with.

The law is complex and sometimes hard and fast, but it is also bigger than just "signed agreements" - and there is a lot of grey areas which is why we have judges. If everything was black and white, we wouldn't need a person to make a judgment.

I have documments that fill and entire black sack realting to this from all sources, and Im pretty certain that I wont end up in jail or have my flat charged on my other negative property. The worst outcome would be that the FOS can find nothing wrong with the mortgage or the banks administration of it. I will have a flat that I will have to sit on.

There are many parties involved and the waters have been mudded somewhere for the benefit of ppl at the clients expense (me and others). How far that muddiness extendes in the reason for my complaint and investigation with FOS.

Other than, that there not much else I can do, but thanks for ur input.

    Cashpig.
