Besides, I never once said the forms were BLANK - I said certain bits of information were added after I signed them. These documents were 20 pages long, some i was told I didnt need to fill in, and you dont sign every page, you sign the last page... other areas where filled in...
Odd how you agreed so much with this statement elsewhere."""A contract is a contract however you look at it. If you are nieave enough not to make sure your part of the contract is watertight. Then more fool you if you are later in a position to regret it."""

there is one fact here.
NO ONE in this forum is in possession of the ful facts so one one is of any use to me whatsoever. There has been no useful advice, just bulls*hit.
thanks.
There is one other fact: the fact that most people on this thread are probably now delighted that you lost your money.

To be fair I'm not delighted that cashpig has lost money. I'm amazed that cashpig isn't seriously looking at the points people have made. OK there has been some sniping and some laughing, mainly due to cashpig's attitude and responses, but putting that aside there are some points that cashpig would do well to heed.
1. Is it OK to post names of companies being investigated on this forum? (Ask the DI).
2. There is a risk that statements you make to the police could make you an easy target for a fraud investigation into your own part in this. (Take your own legal advice).
3. There is a risk that the lender on the fraudulently obtained mortgage could call in the loan and/or obtain a charge against other property. (Read the terms of your mortgage carefully/ consult a solicitor if necessary.)
You came on an internet forum for advice/ opinions. It is the nature of a forum that you will get sniped at. The sensible thing is to take heed of any advice and ignore the derogatory comments. You seem to be doing the opposite.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Yes I am tetchy - I am mixed up in all this and no I will not be arrested for fraud - I have that on good authority too as I have been selected as a case witness against the investment firm.

I can't help feeling a little bit sorry for Cashpig but then again, it sounds a bit like a burglar complaining that he can't get much money for stuff when he tries to sell it at a car boot sale.0

can't see that Challenor was FSA registered, so must have only arranged B2L loans-
Why are FOS involved - it wasn't a residental mortgage, and CCL ( although may not be covered by them either) only used FOS for post 2007 issues
or was another " broker " involved ?Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
