You are incorrect there is NO such case against me - these are two separate things linked by association - the FOS are fully aware of the invest, into the investment company and that has nothing to do with my claim against he bank. I link the two by way of process.
Why does EVERYONE thinkn they know better than the professional authorities.... jesus wish I'd never f*ucking said anything now.0 -

No, I am not obnoxious, just frustrated...Bend the rules is onething, that means staying within them but interpreting them imaginatively.
Rules were clearly broken here re: paperwork, dodgy bridge facility paperwork, valuations overlooked in favour of higher ones and then not disclosed - etc etc.... all these ppl got their heads together - least likely was te bank itself, but I am stating that they were somehow sloppy - not thorough - looking to get the business through as soon as and keep everything simmering nicely away without drawing any unnecesary attention to it.0 -
It was not a 100% mrtgage RISK - the bank SAYS it is 85% remortgage - NOT the case.
The LTV risk that the bank is willing to accept is their choice and judgement and not yours or the law’s.It's called being conned
No. It’s called being greedy. Only the greedy can be conned – just ask any conman.
You knew what you were doing. You knew you were getting an investment property without having to put in your own money.
I can just see you at an NLP course boasting about the fact that you have the balls to get rich using ‘other people’s money’ and ‘bending the rules’ while the rest of us fail in life by not acting.
You, on the other hand, get involved with every money making scheme ranging from day trading and spread betting to BMV property.
Now it has gone wrong you want to blame someone else.I am AMAZED at al the "hard and fast" answers everyone is coming up with here to say that there was "no crime of fraud"
There has been a fraud committed but you are one of the perpetrators not the victim. The bank is the victim.
You thought you were smarter than the rest of us but did not bother to do your own due diligence – or willfully chose to ignore what you discovered.
Now that you have ruined your credit score by failing to pay a debt you incurred by gambling (and blamed the card lender for it) and are unable to remortgage you have decided to try and weasel your way out by going for the deepest pockets.
You should be going for the solicitor and the mortgage broker (who you chose to appoint) – but then again they can probably show just how much you knew.Would you like the DI's number at the the Fraud Squad? He's only got 20 yrs experience in serious fraud, but Im sure he can do with your extra finely tuned insider knowledge cos he's stuck and needs you ALL.
Believe you me; he secretly thinks you should be locked up too. He just has a case to build against Challenor and is glad to have found someone moron enough to stand up and say how they were taken in by the evil people the police (quite rightly) want locked up. That is all he cares about really.
You are a means to an end – just thank your lucky stars he has chosen you.
A bit like offering the slightly slow witted getaway driver an amnesty if he testifies against the main bank robbers. Are you all f*cking stupid..????
No, but you are if you think we believe all your self serving bull.I am an IFA (and boss o' t'swings idst)You should note that this site doesn't check my status as an IFA, so you need to take my word for it. Cashpig, you posted the comment about Natiowide so you tell me??
Cashpig we agree that these scams are wrong but your attitude is all wrong. We try and add opinions and you just shoot them down. Why ask if you already know all the answers?

By the way - the 'once in a lifetime' offer to become an agent of a claims management firm (possibly beginning with a 'C') that claims to be able to get credit agreements written off is a scam as well.
If (and only if) you took an offer like this up, you would be the conman taking advantage of unsuspecting people by making promises that will not be kept.I am an IFA (and boss o' t'swings idst)You should note that this site doesn't check my status as an IFA, so you need to take my word for it. I'll give you three documents that implicate you in the fraud
1. The mortgage application and declaration you signed
2. The sale contract that you signed
3. The stamp duty return that you signed
The fraud you committed was obtaining money by deception by mis-representing (or allowing to be mis-represented) the true nature of the sale of the property.I am an IFA (and boss o' t'swings idst)You should note that this site doesn't check my status as an IFA, so you need to take my word for it.
