    that is excellent Sammy and describes me perfectly. I'm flat footed and my feet do roll inwards. Running isn't something I'm ever going to do so I wouldn't buy the inserts but I might do a bit of looky see at 'motion control' and 'stability' on casual shoes in the future. I don't tend to buy trainers any more often than every 4 or 5 years because I rarely wear them but it's really useful to see that there are designs out there.
