Morning all!

Well aren't I the bright spark....fell asleep at 8.30 last night....

that running whacks you out...Sally I hope the knees feel better and its not too serious. If its any consolation and I am sure it isn't, I used to get that all the time (when I wasn't running) never saw anyone about it cos like you said it only really affected me when I was scrubbing floors...:rotfl: I haven't had it for a few years now.

I am going to pick DS up later today - he is coming down so DD1 can cut his dreadlocks off...:j I may pop into primani later.

Bunny - re your headaches, are you drinking enough water. I get bad headaches when I don't drink enough and if you have upped your exercise you may need more water.

    morning sammy - I wasn't far behind you yesterday - I think I was asleep by 9.30!

I am certainly feeling the effects of 16 miles yesterday.......walking up stairs is not a pretty sight today!

Just packed the children off to do their paper-rounds......so time for a quiet cup of coffee methinks!

We had the storm last night - about 3.30am but it is lovely and sunny here now. I hope it stays like that today....I'm not running, but I do want it to feel like spring!

I cleared some of my conservatory yesterday, so want to finish that off.....it would be nice to have a civilised place to sit and drink my coffee in the morning...... (and my glass of wine in the evening!)

    Good morning!
It's a lovely day here - having to creep around as DD2 stayed over and is still aslep. :p
Saw DD1 yesterday and she is coping again. They went for a long walk to try to shift the bean. Took my parents with them and wore them out. :D:D
Coking dinner for DD1 and want to get in the garden a bit too.

    Morning all

Its beautiful here too but I am tired! Knees much better this morning after sitting for 3 hours last night with them up in the air. Not sure whether I will run today or not, DH has to go into work so depends what time he is back as to whether I can get out. Alternative is to go down to the allotment and get started on digging it

Wow Hypno, 16 miles is fantastic. :T

Morning eveyone :) oooooh I have been a bit naughty! After I said I was staying away from men for a while, I ended up talking to a (male) friend of a friend online last night until 3am. He's kind of cute, very charming and a bit cheeky - we made vague arrangements to have a coffee at some point (not a date....honest....) and said we would talk online again today. Eeek, I really like him.....

I'm going running today - not going to risk trying to run outside because it's SO windy, which is the very worst thing for my asthma, so will hit the treadmill. Aiming for another 7k, which just sounds so rubbish compared to what some of you guys are running - it feels like such a long way to me though!! :rotfl:
