yeah I know hypno just ive only done runs on thursday, friday and saturday this week, although did a 3 mile walk on tuesday just need to get some more miles in. Maybe your right though, better to get a rest day today and then do a longer run tomorrow night...ah will see how I am later in the day I thinkI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Sally, As your personal trainer (LOL) I say REST. Hypno-well done on clearing the conservatory. I am at the stage where I feel there is soooooooooo much to do, I can't do ANYTHING. And !!!!!!, DS wee'd the bes AGAIN last night! ARGH! Now I need to wash all his bedding again. Thank god I made sure to put the waterproof sheet on last night. No more bedtime drinks for the wizzmonster. Sammy-8.30? Well done. I think you may be right re. water. Also have had crap sleep on crap pillows...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

Bunny my DS wet the bed till in his teens......:o nothing I did could stop it, he just used to go into such a deep sleep that he never stirred to get up.:o
I have done one wash load, put yesterdays in the dryer and hung next lot out to dry. Another wash load is in. Bunny I too have so much to do I am doing nothing, but I am really having to force myself to move....
