    In theory you should check what kind of foot you have first. You need to take your shoes and socks off and put your foot in water and then put your wet foot on a piece of paper and see what kind of outline you leave on the paper. This will tell you what kind of foot you have.

    Apparently mine is a "left" foot. I wonder what the other one is like..?
