No, im close to tears now as ive spent hours trying to get back online with this daft lappy, Ive just backed everything up and got my roboform onto a usb stick so if it does totally crash i have my bare essentials to use on the gaming pc,
Oh has just surfaced??! he is a techie in a diff field, he is an Oracle dba, he done a memory test and that was fine, and he has now dissapeared off to play pool and said he will get advice form a mate this week, i need this lappy, today not next week, He wont let me comp off the Macbook pro, because of risks especially after seeing what has happened here xxx
Have i got any chance or do i complain to manufacture that a 14 month old lappy shouldn't go kaput?
I could get a cheap n cheerful lappy to tide me over but obviously i don't want to fork out if i don't have to xx
Please help me if u can xxxxxx#JusticeForGrenfell0 -

i'd say that macs are at less risk of getting a virus than windows as they are running completely different operating systems.
however, macs can get viruses but you are less likely to catch a virus on a mac than a windows machine0 -
No joy, im so peed off with it,as i've tried everything said here and still the machine wont boot without loads and loads of tries xx
I'm at a loss now where to go from here xxxx#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
Intermittent booting is quite odd. Usually points to something nasty on your computer
Can you do me a fresh HIJACK log please?:idea:0
