Paid another £100 off today making the max £500 off nationwide mortgage allowed.

We are off on hols for two weeks to somerset next week. Put aside £30 in pigsback leisure vouchers, printed off 50% off vouchers for la tasca, and £5 off vouchers for a pub chain (thanks moneysavingexpert) so shouldn't hurt pocket too much. :-)

mortgage term change from nationwide came through today now mortgage due to complete on june 2026. Mortgage originally due to fonish june 2032, mortgage has increased by £69 a month to lose 6 years. 17 years 1 month remaining and counting.

Joined onepoll.com currently got to £4
quidco cashback showing recieved £25 from jaxx this will go against mortgage come the first.

Finding it a bit hard to keep motivated, at least the sun is shining so can spend weekend walking and gardening rather than spending :-)

Just got back from Bath, what a beautiful city with lots of fab architecture, lots of good walks, and real ale pubs , weather was also great. I would recommend anyone visit here. We stayed in the travel lodge in the centre and it was great although a little noisy.

Latest money making scheme, wrote a review for me and mrs for holidays uncovered (about our stay in bath). £2.20 on topcashback, another £1 through onepoll, not much but it helps. £11 through eurobet £27 play65 back gammon (didn't have a clue how to play) £10 through sporting bet , £40 (from jaxx).

Total £91.20 not bad for a days work.

Only been back 4 hours and mrs wants to go out , so went down pizza hut for a meal (used two pigsback vouchers) so meal only cost us £2 for a tip. Off to burnham on sea tomorrow with a sun holiday, picked west wales in june but some how ended up going here. Oh well hope the weather is shining and the beer is cold.

Just made another overpayment of £100, can't see me making the full amount this month as going away for two weeks has killed the piggybank :-) Nevermind!! We enjoyed our hols anyway.

Just come back from shopping in Morrisons, shop closed at 8 and we went shopping at 7 and they were reducing everything. Bought 4 large fresh cornish pasties for 0.29p , a baguette for 11p cheese for 1.00. So me and the mrs, i think will go shopping more often at this time. Ended up leaving there with 4 full bags of shopping for only £20 wow :-)
