Afternoon, just having a quick catch up.....now I'm off to do my washing and some shopping.
Have managed to reduce the potential ironing mountain, I'm having loads of trousers dry cleaned

Done all my filing, worked out my budgets for the month..........no letters to write cos I have to wait until 19th March to report 1st Credit to the FSO and trading Standards and 25th March to report Barclaycard to FSO, ICO, Trad Stds.......Ho Hum...

Dont let them get away with it! If they are happy to sell debt on for 10%, why dont they offer a settlement to the Debtor first?

Dont let them get away with it! If they are happy to sell debt on for 10%, why dont they offer a settlement to the Debtor first?
and if its not a properly founded debt ( incorrect/incomplete paperwork ) that leaves them wide open for us to use the Consumer Credit Act against them.....particularly when they threaten Bankruptcy or Forced Sale.
