In the words of U2-It's a beautiful daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Rise and shine!

Had a dire sleep last night, DS wee'd the bed and came into ours at 1am. He's a reet 'ol snugglebunny and kept coughing in my face so I re-made up his bed and went to sleep in his...and tossed and turned all night.

DD is here and has requested I put this smilie on:rolleyes:

'ooooOOOOOooooohhh' she  says! Lol, easily amused!

What's everyones plans for today? Kids have a birthday party to go to and obviously I have loads of washing to do....luckily it's a nice day so I can hang it out to dry!

Hi bunny! I had a crappy night's sleep too....and so did NOT want to get out of bed this morning!

I am going for a run in a while when the children are skiing, and then going to tackle the room that calls itself a conservatory in the summer, and a "shed extension" in the winter.......

    Have a good one!

I went for a long walk last night-5.5k and wore my MBT's-my legs are killing me! (and strangely, I walked it faster than I ran it! lol)

Will need to go for a run today. I am not shifting the weight AT ALL so need to more more-really should do my 10,000 steps a day everyday....at the moment, Im averaging 3 times a week and it's obviously not enough...

Have a good run hun. x

Enjoy your 8 miles sallyx! I will report in later with my milage....

Bunny, walking will burn more fat off than running, apparently, so if you find it easier to do longish power walks, then stick with that for a bit! It will help your running later anyway!

Bunny as you know since I started running I have put on weight, but thats down to me being more hungry (running too fast) and eating more than I needed. I am desperately trying to shift those extra pounds sensibly but walking does it best if you have the time. The other thing is if you don't eat enough your body goes into hibernation and trys to hang onto the fat/calories as it thinks its not going to get enough to survive.

ok thats fine so your like me then...too much ;) food and not enough exercise  . I have had to start writing it down as all the running if I don't eat enough I have no energy but if I don' write it down I eat for britain and then put on dam weight  . The joys!
I keep meaning to download the podcasts as I love listening to the radio and very rarely get the chance
