Morning Booky, any plans for the weekend?
Mainly sorting I think Lenny.
I went into complete worry mode at 2am and feel a wreck. At work now.
Going to face up to things and get some decisions made. I am not a 'dirty' person for having the problems but I will be if I don't sort them. Does that sound right?
At work now but early finsih.
DD2 is coming round for a couple of bottles tonight and I would love to jetwash the deck tomorrow if the weather holds.0 -
Hello, I'm still in my jammies but WILL go for a run in bit (will change first). It's not raining too hard for once!

I am still in jammies......just watched episode 10 (9)? of biggest loser and all i can say is OH MI GOD!
Anyhow I too am off for a run at 9am with run chums....first one this week cos I have had a weird week of depression but feel a bit better today. I have weighed myself and have not lost any more weight but have not put any on which I am mightily pleased about given how many creme eggs I have eaten lately.
What happens
Tell me tell me tell me

I think meeting all you nice people last week knocked me back in a funny sort of way. You all seemed so happy and in control that I lost sight of the signatures!

It was a remark of Sammy's yesterday which bought it back into focus.0 -
