Morning everyone, I didn't go for a run last night Sall, was working otherwise I would have done. Last night I thought, tomorrow I will go for a run and this morning when I woke up (cant go cause Im at work) I thought I will just get into my own bed, fall asleep until about 12, get up then meet some of the lads, get on it, get some scran and go watch movie. But I should go for a run, its a lovely day. Slept on the floor again last night and my back doesn't feel too bad. I think one of the main reasons I aint doing any running or exercise is that I feel overweight and self-image is important to me so I don't feel good therefore, do nothing about it, pile more weight on which leads to of course even less chance of doing anything. I know its this early stage that you have to get over and once you start seeing the results is spurs you on. I have been a fit lad all my life with the exception of a few periods; like now where I havent been but its never a problem getting it back because I like exercise, playing football and any organised sport. Plus at the moment Im running the mile and a half at a comfortable pace at say 14-15 minutes, Im not knackered but its not easy. I would normally do a mile and a half in about 9:30/9:45, feel knackered after it cause you race the last lap but quickly recover so I think that I am no where near my best hinders me too. I do know whats required I just need to get that bug. I got it the last time I was down here but the next few day's weather was appalling and i just thought '!!!! it'.

Anyway today I will be mostly thinking about going for a run, getting pished, watching football, having some scran then watching a movie, Watchmen!

Hey has everyone see the Proposed Forum Changes? I've heard the Daily Chat thread mentioned. I hope they don't think its inapporpriate and encourage to stop it. I think the Daily Chat Thread is vital as it gives us, people in debt, people who don't have a lot of money, people with probable low self-esteem somwhere to chat. I don't help the newbies as much as I used to. I do look at them but 9 times out of 10 they are already being helped and I can offer no more advice. Perhaps I should say hello and welcome, but I find that I don't have the time; perhaps I should make time. I remember SS coining it beautifully as he did always is that we come here in exactly the same state, acquire the knowledge, make the changes to our life, come back on here, pass on our knowledge to the new newbies, and grow into the community, its like a never ending cycle.

    Morning all :hello:

Len - stop moping about it and DO something!!! Some of us are dying to get out on the road and aren't allowed you know!!!!

Family are descending on us across the weekend (thankfully in two shifts) so need to get all the carp out of the living room and put away. Most of it is Hubbles' clothes cos I've been so good at keeping on top of the washing between feeding shifts:rotfl:

I can honestly say, despite the hard work and total newness and interrupted sleep, that this past week has been the best ever:o

Awww Luc, it's lovely to see you so happy after having to wait so long. That feeling of bewildered newness passes pretty quickly (can't promise the same about the hard work and lack of sleep ) and you soon feel like you have been a Mum for EVER!

The baby had turned hun so they didn't do the C-section. She got sent home to wait for nature to take it's course.

She was really upset poor thing.
