    I have a huge pile of washing up. Again. Now sure how it can happen in so few hours!!! At least dinner is made (cottage pie) so that will only be plates, cutlery and the pie dish tonight.

    Len I have done a reasonable amount but I am paying for it now...walking like an old lady!
    Im impressed you went today len and 29 mins for 3 miles is good..faster than I go even after continual running week in week out for nearly a year!

    I'm having such a lazy day today, I really should be getting on with sorting out. On the plus side that means it's a no spend day...I'm going to try and get some of the clothes ironed I want to sell so I can get decent pics of them :)
