I bought one of these phones a couple of weeks ago on the free 12 month tarriff- however just checking the paperwork i was sent i note that i have receivednothing stating how to claim cashabck, the amount of cashbacks in each stage or any cashback vouchers.
Is this the norm for others that bought this handset cause with onestopphone shop ande2save they are particular about the cashback vouchers!
Please let me know if I should have received anything else apart form a CPW booklet with the phone and the invoice on A5 printer paper.

Have a look at the identical thread that I started yesterday.

Yeah I also didn't receive any cashback details, but when making the purchase it did get this link:
http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/commerce/servlet/AssetServer?article=MAIN.UK.INTERNET.TERMS.CHEQUEBACKOFFERS.GLOBAL&asset=PDF2
so I'm assuming you can print it off from there. (I personally already had a spare voucher booklet so will be using that).0 -
Did either of you recieve a welcome pack? (a5 sized booklet) if you look on the inside back page of that there there are details of the cashback - not specific you you, but its easy to work out from what it says eg if you had 12 months free on a £30pm tarrif, then 12 x £30 = £360. £360/3 = £120 cashback each time you send your 4th, 8th and12th bill. Hope this helps.
Also, you dont need to send in any form with you claim, just a bill (or a copy) will do.0 -
Does anyone know what he default pin code is on this deal, the booklet says 5555 but this does not work.0
