Not recvd my cashback vouchers / 1st bill

We just signed up to a new 12 m contract with CPW - 2 identical phones/contracts/tarrifs on 02 about 10 days ago.
We have received the welcome pack/vouchers/insurance docs and cashabck vouchers for one of the phones, but only recvd the welcome pack/insurance docs for the other phone- but NO vouchers and no 1st bill yet.
What should I do?

Write to CPW. Tell them that as they have not supplied you with the vouchers that they have not fulfilled their part of the contract. Therefore, you will be unable to fulfill your part of it.
Send the letter by Recorded Delivery.
Also, call them and email them too, asking them for the vouchers. Save the emails, of course, as proof, should it be needed that you made numerous attempts to obtain the vouchers.0 -

I've signed for a contrqct at cpw via quidco ofcoure. received the phone and welcome pack but didnt know they should include vouchers to get your cash back. I thought you just had to send the phone bills to them.
What should I do now?The curve that can set a lot of things straight is a smile0 -
hilary- these are our 1st phones from CPW - but as I ordered 2, and received 3 vouchers for the 1st one, its safe to assume I would need 3 more for the 2nd (identical phone/contract).

I got a phone from osps without the vouchers - pretty worried as the T&C state original vouchers only but called cs and received the vouchers within 2 days - relief all roundI think....0

You have to send a photo copy of the original bill. If both your contracts are on the same bill, then make double copies and make 2 separate claims.0 -

Definately SEPERATE bills - thats why I am worried that I havent recvd one of them.0
