    Hi

Can you scan and PM me the default notice.

As for termination letter, if they're claiming the WHOLE amount on the court claim, that's good enough to confirm the account is terminated.

I am writing letters to my other creditors to request a CCA. I am also writing a letter to offer a token payment.

Now, this may be a daft question but should i send the letteres separately or together to save on recorded delivery costs?

hi, thanks for the pm, re-reading it again the AQ had got the name of my local court written at the top of the fist page, so i take it as read that it's been transfered there.

it's mainly section F that i'm not sure what i should put. I've not requested a CCa, CPR or SAR.
