    yup, got them on the first page - Claim Form.
    You need to acknowledge the claim at this stage, it's important you acknowledge the claim, using he login & password details.

    Next, before admitting the claim, can you confirm, have you received a default notice & termination letter prior to the court papers?

    i'm not sure about the dn and termination, and if i have got them, they are not from shoosmiths i think.

    The DN & termination will have been issued by the OC, it's important those documents are checked to be sure they conform with legislation, most don't.

    Your priority is to acknowledge the claim, failure to do so will result in the claimant winning by default.

    The claimant has a legal right to instigate litigation if you breach the T&Cs of an agreement.

    You also have a legal right to ensure the creditor has complied with legislation prior to issuing litigation, it's the information within the default notice & termination letter that will confirm whether they are legally bounding or not.

    In your own intrest, I suggest you do not admit the claim, until those documents have been checked.
