afternoon..was doing really well this morning doing a spring clean when one of my best friends phoned to see what we were doing (didn't take Bea to school as she was still sound asleep at 8:45 and still not well) so have just been treated to starbucks
and we all got a good 2-3 mile walk in the sunshine. Will be out doing my run this afternoon Maz

Mine comes out afterwards babe - ask Sammy - by the time we got back to our hotel room my face was BRIGHT red and sweaty as anything.
