Sorry Snags back to the running...you don't have to do four 'runs' make the long run the day Stu has the kids....and focus on time on your feet not how far.
then your 'easy' run could be a walk with the kids....make the other two 'runs' games with Ryan.....tig or something....it just needs to be something that makes your heart rate go up and then recover then up again then recover again.....
Try not to get too hooked up on how far....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I had a flat tyre on Monday, I came out of the house to find a screw in my front tyre, left it thinking that if I pulled it out it'd be worse.
Got to school, opened the door to hear a very loud hissing sound and it went flat immediately.
the other front tyre was down to around 2mm of tread too so I knew they needed changing.
Luckily it's a lease car through work so AA came out and put the spare on within 5 mins of calling the lease company, then 2 new front tyres on later that day at ATS with no cost - Phew!!!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
Mine comes out afterwards babe - ask Sammy - by the time we got back to our hotel room my face was BRIGHT red and sweaty as anything. I don't know why that happens, but it always does.

so you look good for the finish line pictures...humph!:rotfl:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
