Is it a nice flat 4.5 miles Maz...I always choose a nice flat route where possible when I have to do extra miles, makes it that bit doable in my mind!

Night out on saturday sound good..no bingo then? Are there many in your run club? Im trying to decide whether to do a long run with run club on saturday, think they are doing 8 miles, guess it depends whether DH is happy for me to be out and about for 2 hours on saturday and then for me to do my 13 on sunday.
I have good vibes about tonight for you..even though you had Manchester food etc

oh yeah, pretty flat where i live, well, flatter than runclub anyway!! Last night was tough mega hills again.. runchum rach was off like a ferret up a drainpipe and i was ahead of the last peeps, so i just kinda ran in my own little space... plod plod plod......

A long runclub run on saturday might just be the job... so run it past DH and see if he is okay with it, he must know how important this is... and anyway i bet he loves spending time alone with B!

Hope your good vibes are correct but not holding out too much hope... settle for a stays the same....

Will update in the usual fashion!

Cardmaking supplies Luc??? i remember doing some decorating when erin was really wee, it's funny cause they sleep so much you can get loads done!!

Maz - I think you will be fine. We didn't eat very much at the chinese - the staff must have been rubbing their hands at all the £10.90's they took for the small portions we had!

i just wish i'd done what lenny did and just abstained altogether... if i'd realised he wasn't eating, then i would have done the same... but by the time i knew that i was on my 2nd duck pancake! lol!!

i didn't have rice or chips, or even prawn crackers, mainly meat n veg... finers crossed eh.. but like i said, i'll settle for 0...!

Question is; what shall i have to eat tonight???

    I didn't realise Lenny didn't eat anything!

I had a side plate with a bit of duck and a couple of pancakes and then another small plate with a couple of spoons of rice, spoon of sweet and sour chicken and a spoon of something that looked like chicken curry-ish. I didn't think a lot of it looked very appetising - it was sooooooo shiny you could almost 'feel' the MSG in it! I think Linda only had a couple of mouthfuls and then didn't want anything more.

Some of it looked a bit ropey so I was a little cautious. I thought they would have replenished it when 14 walked in!

I heard that there were some funny tummies the next day. In hindsight we should have complained/walked out.

I have a bit of a thing about eating out at Indian/Chinese ropy places...I always have to have the vegetable option as I can't stand the thought of what meat they put in it _pale_
