I was having a giggle at you sliding down the driveway btw; in a nice way of course :D

I almost cried :o It was very scary. I started to slide to the side and shouted up to OH. He started shouting 'right hand down, as you move a yard, straighten up but don't brake' - but the 'dont brake' bit was very hard as it was instinctive and no braking means a fast freewheel down to the road and I am literally leaning all the way back in the seat as if in a dentist chair when the slope starts!. I eventually (after about 4 shuffles down the drive) literally ended up only about 5 feet from the path but about 2 inches from the wall as it is narrower at the bottom and it would have been nasty getting back up the drive as it's just so steep and I would have been wedged - when it last snowed I had a good run at it and still wheel span. He kept saying 'don't brake' and I just said 'please stop saying that, I'm scared' :o:( I was shaking when I got to work :o

Oh BB that sounds awful and I know what its like with the old instinctive breaking. I decided to walk to work...far quicker and safer!

Luc - he's stunning - you must both be very, very proud.

I haven't been broody for ages, 4 years of failed fertility treatment makes you a little jaded to it after a while but the "brood" has kicked in good and proper of late......Ah well - pass the choccy!

I applied for a 0% card for the £20 cashback via quidco....I put that I'm not earning and they've given me a £9k limit!!! Madness.
