    I'll give my mum a ring in a bit, I keep thinking each time he goes in that this will be his 'time' but he keeps coming back home but he is so poorly these days - glaucoma, mild diabetes, his sight is very poor and the lung problems on top. He was put down the mines in the war when apparently there was literally a 'lottery' of men chosen rather than sending them to fight.

    Just had a surreal moment, my car is still poorly and won't be fixed by G's mate until monday at earliest....

    so i have just asked boss if i can borrow the spare company mercedes for the weekend... AND HE SAID YEEEESSSSS!!!!

    so not today, but this time tomorrow i will be winging my way in a swanky new merc! woo woo!!!

    He must not truly hate me afterall!

    just spoken to my mum and apparently my grandad has been filled up with antibiotics, they are pretty sure it is pneumonia again. Hopefully a few days in hospital will help.
