I've been Money Tipped!

I quite believe it, but I would also argue that many farmers/farms are not efficient and so much of the food produced ends up in the bin anyway after purchase.

We have a giant nuclear fusion power station already. I see it every morning

Thats 'Nuclear fission' Really2, Nuclear fusion plants are decades away, and thats if we are lucky. Nuclear fusion only occurs naturally at the centre of stars. As the pressure and heat required to overcome the electro-magnetic force is immense.

However if we can harness the power we would be laughing, as Einstein's most famous equation tells us.... E=mc^2, Energy= mass x speed of light squared.

Edit for spelling as pointed out by mewbie.:D

Well to be even more pedantic I don't think !!!!!! is right really. Because you have "tw" and "@" (the 'at' sign) so with tw@ you already have the full construction of the word. But I appreciate the sentiment you were labouring to convey.

We have a giant nuclear fusion power station already. I see it every morning (OK may be not true on a clowdy day but it effects can be seen) all we need to do is to develop how to harnes it's power efficiently.

I hear solar power electrical energy will be cheaper to produce than "fossil" based electric within 5 years.

I am not covinced on "fusion" reactors happening in the future the requirements to get somthing like that to work and be stable are massive.

If solar does become cheap it is great news for africa and other desert regions. They can actualy use the desert land for their energy needs and will not be dependant on fosils they don't have.
If you read my post I am refering to the sun.;)

I don't live next to a giant nuclear powersation :)

I find the abiotic oil idea fascinating as I had never really thought or heared of it before.

But I suppose it makes sense in a way when plates are pushed into the magma carbon based items must do something and I should imagine only so much can be combusted (lack of oxygen in the center of the earth) so I should imagine under such heat and pressure carbon would look to bond with something so hydrocarbons would be a possibility.

I suppose a logical way to look for it would be to have some correlation between oil Fields and tectonic plate boundaries.
